Perhaps many people go to the Grand Canyon and see it as just a pile of rocks. This was the comment from a man standing next to be on my first visit...I was crying from the sheer majesty - I had not expected to be so moved by such magnificence. This was an experience I will never forget.

I think it is the feeling that makes anything real. Many people are on so many things wired to bluetooth, ipod, cell phone etc and on anit-depressants and have stopped being able to feel.

Personally I think we have memory because of feeling. I read somewhere that there has to be a chemical reaction for memory to take place - so what would be the trigger? I read a whole thing on neuropeptides once by Dr. Candace Pert...I don't remember much of it but I think I will dig it out.

As such, a resident of a metropolis might encounter up to 1.7 people per day who will be deceased by day's end. -North American Statistics Institute.
