A Gift of Love
To celebrate the Spiritual Intervention
The Spirit of Walt Disney
You all remember the legendary Walt Disney.
Let me tell you a story ……..
In hundreds of my near-death experiences; I rose in the spirit and crossed over into the afterlife, and there in heaven; my spirit encountered the Spirit of Walt Disney. On our very first encounter, the Spirit of Walt asked my spirit to take a very special message back for him, from Heaven and give it to all the children, both young and old here in our world.
Now, in knowing he had been a very successful businessman in his physical life; I agreed to delivery his message on one condition. First, he had to share with me the secret of his magic. He had to teach me how to be a storyteller and show me how he designed his theme parks. On hearing my stipulation; the Spirit of Walt laughed nervously and said, “I admire your cheek.” And that my friends, is how my journey in Spirit with the Spirit of Walt Disney began….
The message from the Spirit of Walt Disney is for us, [meaning every single one of us here] to “Bring Back The Fairytale.” Now, I am sure you can imagine how delighted I was, when the Spirit of Walt then told me the Fairytale he wanted me to bring back for him. It is called, ‘The Tree of The Gold Keys’ and it is very, very, very special fairytale because it proves to everyone here in our world that when we pass over into the afterlife; we take the love we have created within our hearts, during our physical lives up to Heaven with us.
……. Because everyone knows Walt loved the Fairytale…..!!!
The Tree of the Gold Keys
Once Upon a time……..
In a faraway magical Kingdom, there lived a beautiful Princess who had a very special garden of the most perfect white roses, one had ever seen. To the Princess, her white-rose garden was a place of the heart and every day she would go and sit in her garden, to be alone with her thoughts. She believed the white rose was the rose of true-love because the white rose has always been known as the rose of peace and without peace, there could be no friendship; without friendship there could be no love.
Now across from the white rose garden, there was a mysterious island surrounded by water and in the middle of the island, there was a large oak tree with tiny gold keys hanging down from its branches, and as with all things that are mysterious. There is a legend about the Tree of the Gold Keys, a legend believed by all the people who lived in the magical Kingdom and was told to every passing traveller who ever came to the magical Kingdom. It was a story of a spirit who lived upon the island guarding the Tree of the Gold Keys. The spirit was known to all as the Spirit of Love, and it was believed by all that if a man seeking his true love came and sat underneath the oak tree; then the tiny gold keys would tinkle softly together to play the song of his heart, which was then carried away across the lands by the gentle winds and it could only be heard by the one whose love was true to his heart.
One day, the beautiful Princess was sat in her garden. She looked across at the island, and there she saw a very handsome stranger sat all alone underneath the Tree of the Gold Keys, watching his reflection dance upon the rippling waves of the water. For many days and many nights, the Princess sat in her garden watching her stranger, and with each new passing day; she fell deeper and deeper in love with him. Then early one evening just as the sun was setting. The Princess suddenly began to hear a beautiful melody being carried by the wind. She knew deep within her heart that the tiny gold keys were whispering to her, the song of her handsome stranger’s heart. But as she listened carefully to the soft melody; she realised, it was a very sad song that she could hear and she wondered sadly what could have happened to her handsome stranger, to make him feel so sad. Suddenly, the Princess began to feel very sleepy. She closed her eyes and fell into a deep sleep, and there within her dream she saw a single tiny gold key. When the beautiful Princess woke up from her dream; she saw the Lord of Dreams standing beside her and she heard him speak softly to her. “My dear sweet White Rose Princess. You have seen the gold key to your stranger’s heart and so within your heart your love for him is true. Close your eyes once more and I will send you the Spirit of Love, who will take you across to the island to be with the one you love.” Then suddenly the Lord of Dreams disappeared.
The beautiful Princess did as the Lord of Dreams asked of her and when she opened her eyes again. There she saw the Spirit of Love waiting on a large wooden craft down by the water’s edge. The Princess stood up and walked down to the water’s edge. She stepped onto the wooden craft and the Spirit of Love silently rowed her across to the island. There she met with her handsome stranger and just as the Lord of Dreams had suddenly disappeared; so too did the Spirit of Love, leaving the Princess and her handsome stranger to be alone together.
The Princess and her handsome stranger sat underneath the Tree of the Gold Keys talking about, all their hopes and wishes, until eventually their words became words of love for each other. But unknown to the beautiful Princess; her handsome stranger had not told her the truth, when he had spoken of his life to her and this was now making him feel sad; sadder than he had ever felt before. He knew he would have to tell the beautiful Princess the truth about his life. Only now, he felt afraid that she would not love him for the man whom he truly was. He had told the Princess that he was just a mere kitchen boy of no wealth, who worked in the palace kitchens of a great King from another Kingdom many lands away. But the truth of his life was that he had wandered for many months seeking out the Tree of the Gold Keys, after his heart had been broken by a fine lady who had only loved him for his land and wealth; for he was truly a Prince, the son of a King.
His voice trembled as he asked the Princess. “You are a Princess of royal blood; do you not desire to marry only a Prince?” The Princess shook her head and smiled. She looked deep into his eyes. “I do not search for a Prince,” she told him. “I seek only a King and you my dear kitchen boy, are he, for only a true King can pull a sword from the stone.” Now the handsome Prince did not understand and so he asked the Princess to explain. “Before I met you my dear King,” the Princess began. “My heart had been broken by a very cruel Prince and so wounding was his deed of betrayal that my heart ached until eventually, it came to be as cold as stone. But you have brought warmth back into my heart.”
The handsome Prince took hold of his Princess in his arms and held her tightly. It did not matter whether he was a Prince or a pauper, for he had finally found his one and only true love. Then as they both closed their eyes, their dreams became one. In the nights that followed they shared the same dreams and as their love grew, their spirits joined together and danced through the night; rising up into the evening clouds to be blessed by the Spirit of Love.
Then together in spirit, they made a child and when their son in spirit came forward. The Lord of Dreams appeared and took him to live in the clouds of the mysterious heavens, where he was shown the future of his love.
While in the light of the day the beautiful Princess and her handsome King, came together in their truth and built themselves a strong bridge, in which they walked across it straight into the white rose garden. The garden of true love and they both lived happily ever after.
What I am telling you all is that …………… it isn’t just a fictional story written for the cinema?
You may all remember the wonderful film ‘Ghost’ starring Patrick Swayze as Sam Wheat, Demi Moore as Molly Jensen, and Whoopi Goldberg as Oda Mae Brown.
……. Please love each other, be kind to yourselves, respect life, protect all the children of our bodies, treat this world with consideration, have compassion for the poor, the frail and the sick amongst us, and never, never, never nurture bad, mean, spiteful or angry thoughts………
Basically, just be your heart for your love is your spirit. And your heart my friends, is YOU in your paradise….
[End page from actual screenplay of Ghost]
Sam turns to Molly. She is gazing at the last remaining moments of him. Her eyes brim over with tears and love.
I love you, Molly. I've always loved you.
Molly swallows hard and wipes her eyes.
The light inside Sam intensifies. A sweet smile emerges on his lips.
It's so amazing, Moll...
His face fills with joy.
The love inside
He whispers, almost crying.
You take it with you.
They are his last words. His spirit dissolves within its ghostly moorings and begins to evaporate.
Molly looks up silently for a moment, her face filled with love.
We see Sam's spirit rise from the room. It passes effortlessly through the ceiling and, in seconds, he is gone.
The room grows dark.
Molly sits quietly on the floor. There is a look of awe and wonder in her eyes.
After a moment, Oda Mae reaches down to help her up.
Molly looks at her lovingly and then gently takes her hand.
Arm in arm, supporting one another, they walk quietly from the room.
It is indeed ……. All About The Love …..
