“Science and Spiritualism Combined:
‘An exploration of the Human Consciousness through Spiritual Intervention,”
The human spirit before progression of eternal life reflects your present-day appearance, [regardless of age]…..
The physical heart, [essential for man to have life] is a muscular organ that propels the blood through the circulator system. The emotional heart, [essential for man to have love] is the human spirit.
The capacity of the spiritual brain depends upon how developed the spiritual mind is; the teachings of love. The location of the spiritual mind is the human higher [third] consciousness. The spiritual brain is the human conscience.
The capacity of the physical brain depends upon how developed the human mind is; - the teachings of knowledge. The location of the physical mind is the human consciousness. The physical brain is a physical organ.
Throughout life we have relationships with other people. The most influential relationship we experience; is the relationship that gives us ‘love.’ All mature partner relationships have three simple needs that must be given and received to develop into a strong well-balanced positive relationship, 1] trust, 2] respect, 3] security. If you do not trust your partner; you will not believe him/her. If you do not respect your partner; you will not listen to him/her. If you do not have security with your partner; you will not feel safe with him/her.
The physical relationship representing the parent to child relationship is the ‘sowing of seeds.’ Good parent/child relationship produces a strong foundation in preparation to lay the first bricks of life; - knowledge and love – thought and emotion. The act of discovering Free-will then – births the parent/child – teacher/student relationship between the physical mind and the spiritual mind, [the human spirit].
The physical mind now becomes the parent/teacher. The spiritual mind now becomes the child/student.
Just as the physical mind requires ‘thoughts of knowledge’ to develop and mature constructively: The spiritual mind requires ‘thoughts of love’ to develop and mature constructively.
The ‘thoughts’ of the physical mind act as ‘instructions’ to the spiritual mind, [the spiritual mind does ‘not grow’ from the spoken words of man].
The more ‘thoughts of love’ the physical mind generates; the more cultivated the spiritual mind becomes, and the greater the spiritual brain develops – the human conscience………. Morality, knowing the difference between right and wrong: [Example: The man without a conscience is a man without a heart].
The Relationship between the Physical Mind and the Spiritual Mind
The relationship between the physical mind and the spiritual mind; has one fundamental requirement, to develop and maintain a state of equilibrium in life. Both must give and receive from each other, the three primary needs, 1] trust, 2] respect and 3] security.
The physical mind gives these needs to the spiritual mind by means of ‘thoughts.’ The spiritual mind gives these needs to the physical mind by means of ‘emotions.’ [The spirit is mans’ love – the heart of man].
How to Achieve the State of Equilibrium in Life
1] The physical mind generates the thought, “I trust myself” – the spiritual mind learns the ‘feeling’ of trust as being an emotion of love. 2] The physical mind generates the thought, “I respect myself” - the spiritual mind learns the ‘feeling’ of respect as being an emotion of love. 3] The physical mind generates the thought, “I am secure in myself” - the spiritual mind learns the ‘feeling’ of security as being an emotion of love.
…… The senses of emotions are acknowledged by the physical mind from the location of the higher [third] consciousness; - the spiritual mind: And the state of equilibrium is achieved. “I am able to ‘feel’ everything I am ‘thinking.’
The Empty Emotional Feeling in Life
The empty emotional feeling in life is created when; the thoughts of the physical mind are not being honoured by the truth-seeker, [the man/woman]. This causes physical damage to the emotion of love. Example: A physical relationship between a man and a woman. The man is no longer having ‘thoughts of love’ [I love her] for the woman and is now thinking, “I don’t love her.’ ……. The man however, continues with the relationship, and continues to ‘speak’ the words of love, [I love you] to the woman. The man will soon come to feel ‘emptiness’ within his heart, his own life; whenever he ‘thinks’ of the woman or whenever he is in the woman’s company.
……. The spiritual mind is no longer associating the woman with the emotion of love. The man in continuing with the relationship, [and/or speaking the words to the woman] is denying the spiritual mind of its three basic needs, 1] trust, 2] respect, and 3] security. The man is doing something he doesn't truly want to do. The man is being somewhere he doesn’t truly want to be. The man is being with someone he doesn't truly want to be with…. In this situation, the spiritual mind will not radiate the emotion of love; instead the spiritual mind will discharge the emotion of uncertainty/confusion. The physical mind acknowledges the sense of disorder, which then causes the physical mind to ‘question his understanding of his-own love.’ In thus, producing thoughts such as, ““Why am I still with her, if I don’t love her anymore?”
…….. The spirit is mans’ love – the heart of man….. If the physical mind refuses to listen to the spiritual mind – thus causes the spiritual mind to no longer feel, 1] trust for love, 2] respect for love and 3] secure in love …..
…… The spiritual mind now ‘rejects’ its own ‘teachings of love’ from the physical mind: And the state of emotional crisis has been achieved. “I have no trust in relationships; I do not believe in love, I am insecure.”
The possibility of an even greater danger arising easily during ‘emotional crisis,’ is ‘Alcohol’ or ‘Drug’ Dependence. Irrespective to established belief, alcohol, drugs or any detrimental dependencies are not a hereditary ailment. If there is a situation of emotional crisis, which can also become present under stress, [when the physical mind is failing to generate ‘clear thoughts for the situation] and the man/woman engages in sessions of binge drinking or substance abuse; the high risk danger of developing an addiction becomes present; as the physical mind will generate ‘thoughts of love’ for the alcohol, [or the drug] “that drink is good, I needed it, that is good.” The spiritual mind learns to associate the emotion of love with the alcohol.
…… The senses of emotions are acknowledged by the physical mind from the location of the higher [third] consciousness; - the spiritual mind. Whenever the physical mind ‘thinks’ of a drink; he/she will become with the desire to have one: And the beginning of an addiction is achieved.
The only path back to a state of equilibrium from any form of emotional crisis is to recognise where we have failed in the relationship between the physical mind and the spiritual mind. [In the case of addiction, time is required to clear the substance out of the body].
The Mind-Brain Question
To answer the mind-brain question – the consciousness continues on after the death of the human body, as the higher [third] consciousness is the spiritual mind.
The most significant identification in the Medical study, “Science and Spiritualism Combined: ‘An exploration of the Human Consciousness through Spiritual Intervention,” [as penned in the Who Am I? Spiritual teachings 1993-1996] is that LOVE is the key factor in the evolution of the human mind.
