This video sheds such enlightment regarding my OBE. The state of consciousness I was in the vibration spoke about here denoted the sounds in my ears when coming out. After the panic of being out the fear of wanting to return immediately.
The swift return accompanied with sound also. I just did not understand at the time what was going on and I blew the whole experience.
